Qualifications (Mandatory)

Any Graduate with master’s degree in business administration (MBA/MMS/PGDM) / CA from recognized institution

Your work profile (Mandatory)

5 years of experience, including:

• Policy, reform, and scheme support for State/UT governments.
• Worked on 3+ projects with industry, planning, or sectoral departments at state/central level.
• Experience in 2+ private capital mobilization projects for state/central governments or donor agencies.

JD

1. Assess industrial development potential in targeted areas based on bylaws, regulations, and policies.

2. Review Maharashtra and GoI industrial/sectoral policies and schemes.

3. Conduct benchmarking and gap analysis for thrust sectors, Industry 4.0, and green sectors.

4. Develop division-level industry strategies, including linkage analysis and financing options.

5. Prepare two investible projects per district every six months to attract private investment.

6. Plan CFCs at district level with funding and partnership prospects.

7. Create knowledge collaterals for dashboards (key stats, sectoral strengths, fund utilization).

8. Identify technology needs for green transformation and advocate policies for investment climate, exports, and ease of doing business.

9. Liaise with industry bodies, Invest India, donor agencies, PPP partners, and private developers for funding and opportunities.

10. Develop and implement tourism infrastructure strategies; support tourism policies and initiatives.

11. Promote private investment in targeted zones; organize investor consultations.

12. Identify funding gaps and sustainable PPP models (BOT, BOOT, DBFMO, JV).

13. Conduct research, stakeholder consultations, and identify top capital mobilization models with risk-benefit analysis.

14. Provide transaction advisory for PPP onboarding; perform financial analysis and due diligence.

15. Organize biannual G2B conclaves to showcase investible projects and attract investors.
