As a Senior Consultant in our M&C Team, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -

      Key Responsibilities:

 We are seeking an experienced Senior Android Developer with 6–9 years of expertise in building enterprise-grade Android applications. The ideal candidate will drive technical excellence, mentor team members, and contribute to architecture and solution design.

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Android applications.
• Define and implement scalable mobile architectures and coding standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Review code, conduct technical design discussions, and ensure quality delivery.
• Mentor junior developers and support their technical growth.
• Drive performance optimization, security, and maintainability initiatives.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and frameworks.
• Support release planning, CI/CD implementation, and production issue resolution.

              Required Skills

• 3–7 years of Android application development experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in Kotlin and Java.
• Strong experience with Android Jetpack, Jetpack Compose, and modern Android architecture.
• Deep understanding of MVVM, Clean Architecture, material design and design patterns
• Experience with dependency injection (Hilt/Dagger), Coroutines, Flow, and Work Manager.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, networking, and mobile security practices.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience in banking, fintech, or enterprise mobile applications.
• UPI/payment integrations
• Proven experience in code reviews, technical leadership, and mentoring.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to React Native or Flutter integration.
• Knowledge of cloud services, Firebase, and mobile analytics tools.
• Experience working as a module lead or technical lead.

              Leadership Expectations

• Drive technical decisions and architecture discussions.

• Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and provide technical estimations and risk assessments.

• This profile involves occasional travelling to client locations.
