Your work profile:

As a Associate Director in our DCM:AMC Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -

End-to-End Project Management – Own project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.

Client Communication – Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and ensuring satisfaction.

Team Leadership – Lead cross-functional teams, assign responsibilities, monitor performance, and foster collaboration.

Project Planning & Scheduling – Define project scope, create detailed plans, timelines, and allocate resources efficiently.

Risk & Issue Management – Identify potential risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve project roadblocks promptly.

Stakeholder Reporting – Provide regular status updates, dashboards, and progress reports to stakeholders and senior leadership.

Quality Assurance – Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, compliance requirements, and client specifications.

Budget Management – Monitor project budgets, control costs, and optimize resource utilization to maximize ROI.

Process Improvement – Identify process gaps and implement best practices for continuous improvement and delivery excellence.

Tool & Methodology Expertise – Proficient in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies; experienced in tools like JIRA, MS Project, or Asana.

Desired qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or other technology-related field

Certification or one of its iterative technologies.

Location and way of working:

·      Base location: Bengaluru, Mumbai, Hyderabad

·      This profile does not required travelling to client locations.
