Your work profile

• As a Team Lead, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations
• Manage and supervise day-to-day RTR operations for US clients
• Handle General Ledger accounting, journal entries, and support financial close processes
• Assist in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities ensuring timeliness
• Perform account reconciliations and support balance sheet substantiation
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data and reports
• Support preparation of financial statements and management reporting
• Monitor KPIs such as close timelines and reconciliation completion rates
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, internal controls, and compliance standards
• Identify and suggest process improvements and automation opportunities
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (AP, AR, audit, FP&A)
• Support audit requirements by maintaining proper documentation and controls
• Prepare MIS reports and dashboards for management review
• Guide and support team members to ensure productivity and quality
  

Key skills required:

• Education: Semi Qualified CA / MBA (Finance) /CA along with Graduation

• Industry Preference: Renewables / Finance outsourcing / BPO / KPO / Shared Services with US clients experience (added advantage)
• Experience in US GAAP
