Your work profile

• Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
• Ability to analyse and identify the root cause for technical issues.
• Problem-solving skills in order to resolve issues promptly.

Key skills required: 

• Education: B.Tech/BE degree (IT, CS or ECE)
•  Minimum experience of working in 2 projects as Support Engineer
• Proficiency in working with systems like SQL, or other technologies at BPCL (SAP Commerce Cloud, Salesforce etc.) is a must.
• Experience with Azure Cloud Platform is preferred.
• Advanced analytics skills with the ability to perform data analysis, identify relations/ correlations etc.
