Your Work Profile

The Mendix Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining low-code applications using the Mendix platform. This role involves collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable and efficient solutions, integrating applications with enterprise systems, and ensuring high-quality delivery throughout the application lifecycle. The developer will contribute to best practices, innovation initiatives, and continuous improvement within the Mendix developer community.

Key Skills Required

• 4–6 years of professional experience in software development, including at least 3 years of hands-on Mendix development experience.
• Responsible for complete application lifecycle management, from requirement analysis through deployment and support.
• Strong expertise in Mendix application development, domain modeling, microflows, and user interface development.
• Ability to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience integrating Mendix applications with external systems through REST/SOAP APIs, databases, and enterprise services.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience developing workflow-driven and responsive web applications.
• Strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies.
• Expertise in REST API development and integration.
• Good understanding of Kafka integration and event-driven architectures.
• Ability to ensure application performance, scalability, maintainability, and security.
• Experience in testing, debugging, and troubleshooting applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-organized with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional and multicultural teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Education - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, MCA, Computer Science, or a related discipline from a reputed institute.

• Mendix Intermediate Certified Developer certification (minimum).
• Advanced Mendix certification is preferred.
• Experience with UX/UI design principles and user-centric application development.
• Exposure to enterprise-scale digital transformation and low-code implementations.
• Experience collaborating across distributed DevOps and development centers.
• Knowledge of application modernization and enterprise integration practices.
