Your work profile:

As a Consultant in our Technology & Transformation Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -

• Design, develop and deploy solutions using different tools, design principles and conventions.
• Configure robotics processes and objects using core workflow principles in an efficient way; ensure they are easily maintainable and easy to understand.
• Understand existing processes and facilitate change requirements as part of a structured change control process.
• Solve day to day issues arising while running robotics processes and provide timely resolutions.
• Maintain proper documentation for the solutions, test procedures and scenarios during UAT and Production phase.
• Coordinate with process owners and business to understand the as-is process and design the automation process flow.

Key skills required: 

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining ETL/ELT solutions using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
• Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT data integration pipelines using Oracle ODI.
• Develop and optimize data integration solutions for data warehouses, data marts, and operational systems.
• Work with Oracle databases including Oracle 11g/12c/19c and Exadata under guidance.
• Implement data transformations, mappings, packages, procedures, and load plans in ODI.
• Manage metadata, knowledge modules (KM), and reusable components following best practices.
• Orchestrate and schedule data workflows using ODI Load Plans and external schedulers (if applicable).
• Participate in CI/CD pipeline implementation for ODI code using tools such as Git, Jenkins, and related DevOps tools.
• Support data migration and modernization projects, including legacy system to Oracle and on-premises to cloud migrations.
• Implement data quality checks, reconciliation, and validation rules within ETL processes.
• Monitor ETL jobs, troubleshoot failures, and optimize performance and load times.
• Apply best practices for performance tuning, error handling, and scalability.
• Collaborate with data architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to gather and understand data requirements.
• Document ETL designs, data mappings, operational procedures, and technical specifications.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
• Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills.
• Good understanding of ETL/ELT concepts and data integration patterns.
• Experience working with Oracle databases and data warehouse concepts.
• Familiarity with data modeling (dimensional and relational).
• Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD for ETL workflows.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• UG: B. Tech /B.E. in Any Specialization.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Oracle ODI Certification or Oracle Database Certification.
• Experience with Oracle Data Warehouse, Oracle Analytics, or BI tools.
• Exposure to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and cloud-based data integration.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery teams.
• Basic knowledge of performance tuning and data volume optimization techniques.
