Your work profile:

As a Senior Consultant in our Technology & Transformation Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -

• Design, develop and deploy solutions using different tools, design principles and conventions.
• Configure robotics processes and objects using core workflow principles in an efficient way; ensure they are easily maintainable and easy to understand.
• Understand existing processes and facilitate change requirements as part of a structured change control process.
• Solve day to day issues arising while running robotics processes and provide timely resolutions.
• Maintain proper documentation for the solutions, test procedures and scenarios during UAT and Production phase.
• Coordinate with process owners and business to understand the as-is process and design the automation process flow.

Key skills required: 

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and leading enterprise-scale ETL/ELT solutions using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) and data modeling tools such as Oracle SQL Developer Data Modeler. 
• Lead the design, development, and optimization of complex ETL/ELT data integration solutions using Oracle ODI. 
• Own end-to-end delivery of data integration pipelines, from requirements analysis to deployment and production support. 
• Design conceptual, logical, and physical data models for enterprise data warehouses, data marts, and operational systems using Oracle Data Modeler. 
• Develop scalable and high-performance data warehouse and data mart solutions using Oracle databases (11g/12c/19c, Exadata). 
• Work closely with business and architecture teams to translate requirements into robust, normalized and dimensional data models (star/snowflake schemas). 
• Develop advanced ODI mappings, packages, procedures, load plans, and reusable frameworks following industry best practices. 
• Define and govern standards for data modeling conventions, naming standards, metadata management, and documentation. 
• Define and govern standards for knowledge modules (KMs), error handling and logging
• Drive performance tuning initiatives including SQL/PLSQL optimization and parallel processing. 
• Ensure alignment between data models and ETL pipelines. 
• Mentor and guide junior developers and modelers. 
• Lead CI/CD implementation for ODI deployments using Git, Jenkins, and DevOps toolchains. 
• Manage large-scale data migration and modernization initiatives. 
• Implement data quality and validation frameworks. 
• Monitor ETL workflows and troubleshoot production issues. 
• Collaborate with data architects, BI teams, and stakeholders. 
• Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and governance standards. 
• Create documentation, data model diagrams, and runbooks. 
• Support Agile delivery processes. 
• UG: B. Tech /B.E. in Any Specialization.

• Strong expertise in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) and Oracle SQL Developer Data Modeler.
• Advanced SQL and PL/SQL skills.
• Strong understanding of ETL/ELT and data warehousing.
• Experience with data modeling techniques and schema design.
• Experience with Oracle databases.
• DevOps and CI/CD experience.
• Understanding of metadata management and governance.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to lead technical discussions. 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Oracle Certified Professional (ODI). 
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). 
• Exposure to BI tools. 
• Experience in Agile / SAFe environments. 
• Knowledge of data governance and data security.
