Your work profile
- Lead large-scale Oracle Fusion Financials transformation programs across implementation, rollout, support, and optimization engagements.
- • Drive strategic discussions with business leadership teams on finance transformation, process optimization, and Oracle Cloud adoption initiatives.
- • Provide overall functional leadership across Oracle Fusion Financials modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), and Subledger Accounting (SLA).
- • Lead solution architecture discussions, business process design, governance, risk management, and delivery planning activities across complex Oracle Cloud engagements.
- • Collaborate with business, functional, technical, reporting, and integration teams to ensure scalable enterprise solutions aligned with organizational objectives and Oracle best practices.
- • Oversee SIT/UAT execution, production deployment, hypercare support, and issue resolution activities across programs.
- • Manage senior client stakeholders, project governance forums, escalation management, delivery quality, and overall customer satisfaction.
- • Drive practice development initiatives including presales support, solution estimation, proposal management, capability building, and mentoring of consulting teams.
- • Lead and manage onsite/offshore delivery teams while ensuring successful project execution within timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Key skills required
- • 15+ years of experience in Oracle ERP implementations with significant expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials transformation programs.
- • Strong expertise across Oracle Fusion Financials modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, SLA, Financial Reporting, and related finance business processes.
- • Extensive experience in finance transformation, enterprise solution architecture, stakeholder management, delivery governance, and large program management.
- • Strong understanding of accounting standards, financial controls, compliance requirements, and enterprise finance operations.
- • Experience in integrations, reporting, data migration, and cross-functional process integration with Procurement, Projects, SCM, and other Oracle Cloud modules preferred.
- • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- • Experience managing global delivery models, client escalations, and strategic transformation initiatives.
- • Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies and project collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.

- Troubleshoot complex environment issues, driving root-cause analysis (RCA) and implementing quick, effective resolutions for payload errors or performance bottlenecks.
- Key Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech), Computer Applications (MCA), or related technical fields.
- Core Technical Expertise: Minimum 5 years of dedicated experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is mandatory.
- Web Services & Languages: Mastery of REST/SOAP web services, XML, JSON, XQuery, and XSLT.
- Database & Extensibility: Strong background in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Database, and developing applications using Oracle APEX and VBCS.
- Data Migration Foundations: Solid understanding of Oracle SaaS data loading frameworks like FBDI and HDL, alongside reporting tools (BI Publisher, OTBI).
- Methodologies: Comfortable working in fast-paced Agile environments with a clear grasp of DevOps/DevSecOps tools and pipelines.
