Your work profile

As an Associate Director in our HR Transformation team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations:

• Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of EBS systems ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for EBS solutions, including SAP, Oracle, or other ERP platforms.
• Manage cross-functional teams including project managers, developers, and business analysts to deliver complex EBS projects on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Oversee system integrations, data management, and process optimization initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.

Desired qualifications/ skills

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in EBS/ERP domains, with significant exposure to enterprise-wide implementations.
• Proven experience in leading large-scale EBS projects and transformations.
• Strong understanding of business processes across finance, supply chain, HR, and other core functions.
• Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Relevant certifications are a plus.
