Position: SAP SD Lead Consultant

Experience: 10–12 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP SD implementations, rollouts, enhancements, and support engagements.
• Strong expertise in Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, including Sales Order Processing, Pricing, Delivery, Shipping, Billing, Returns, and Credit Management.
• Hands-on experience in SAP SD configuration, including Sales Document Types, Item Categories, Schedule Line Categories, Copy Control, Pricing Procedures, Partner Determination, and Output Management.
• Strong knowledge of Domestic Sales, Export Sales, Intercompany Sales, Third-Party Sales, Consignment, and Stock Transport Orders (STO).
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA, including Business Partner, FSCM Credit Management, Fiori Applications, and BRF+ Output Management.
• Strong understanding of integration with SAP MM, FI/CO, PP, WM/EWM, and other relevant modules.
• Experience in gathering business requirements, conducting Fit-Gap analysis, preparing Business Blueprint / KDS and Functional Specifications (FS).
• Coordinate with ABAP and integration teams for RICEFW developments, enhancements, interfaces, and technical issue resolution.
• Lead SIT, UAT, defect resolution, cutover activities, go-live, and post-go-live support.
• Experience in master data migration, data validation, and reconciliation.
• Engage with business stakeholders, conduct workshops, and recommend SAP standard solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Manage functional deliverables, project timelines, risks, and dependencies while ensuring quality delivery.
• Mentor junior consultants and independently lead the SAP SD workstream.

Required Skills

• 10–12 years of relevant SAP SD functional consulting experience.
• Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP implementation projects, preferably including SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong hands-on SAP SD configuration and troubleshooting experience.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation or rollout projects.
• Sound understanding of cross-functional integration and complex business scenarios.
• Strong client-facing communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
• Ability to independently manage the SAP SD module and deliver project milestones.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in international rollouts and localization requirements.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori, Flexible Workflow, EDI/IDoc, and third-party integrations.
• SAP S/4HANA certification would be an added advantage.
• Experience in manufacturing industry implementations is preferred.
