Your work profile

  •  Lead functional workshops and requirement gathering sessions for Oracle Fusion Financials modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, and SLA.
  • • Translate business requirements into functional specifications, solution designs, and acceptance criteria.
  • • Analyze current finance business processes and identify improvement opportunities aligned with Oracle Fusion Financials capabilities.
  • • Partner with technical teams, architects, and integration teams to support solution design and resolve dependencies.
  • • Support SIT/UAT planning and execution, including preparation of test scenarios, validation of expected results, and business sign-off coordination.
  • • Drive end-to-end traceability of functional requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • • Mentor junior consultants and support business users during implementation and hypercare phases.

 

Key skills required

5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Financials implementation or support projects with strong expertise in modules such as GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, and SLA.

• Demonstrated experience in requirement gathering, functional design, configuration, testing, and support for complex finance business processes.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and Oracle Fusion Financials business flows.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Strong collaboration across business, functional, and technical stakeholders.

• Exposure to testing lifecycle activities including SIT/UAT execution preferred.
