We are looking for an experienced SAP SD Senior Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). The candidate should have experience in end-to-end implementations, rollout, and AMS support projects, with the ability to analyze business processes, configure SAP SD solutions, and optimize Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes across SAP landscapes.

• Lead and support SAP SD implementation, rollout, and AMS support activities.

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP SD solutions.

• Perform business process analysis, process mapping, redesign, and optimization initiatives.

• Configure and support end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes including sales order management, delivery processing, billing, and accounting integration.

• Configure SAP SD organizational structures including Sales Organization, Distribution Channel, Division, Sales Area, and Shipping Point.

• Configure Sales Document Types, Contract Types, Item Categories, Schedule Line Categories, and Billing Document Types.

• Configure pricing procedures, condition techniques, tax determination, pricing agreements, and billing processes.

• Define pricing determination based on item categories, customer requirements, and business scenarios.

• Configure tax procedures, tax types, accounting keys, valuation classes, and condition exclusion groups.

• Configure Material Master Sales Views and Customer Material Information Records.

• Configure customer order processes including Debit Memo, Credit Memo, Returns, Free of Charge Deliveries, and Consignment Scenarios.

• Configure shipping processes including Shipping Point Determination, Picking, Packing, and Post Goods Issue (PGI).

• Configure Bill of Materials (BOM), invoice processing, accounting release, and billing block scenarios.

• Configure Partner Functions, Output Determination, Message Control, and workflow-based customer price lists.

• Configure Scheduling Agreements, Billing Plans (Periodic and Milestone), and Contract Management processes.

• Configure Copy Control for trade, intercompany, and contractual business scenarios.

• Develop and support complex pricing procedures using VOFM routines including requirement and calculation routines.

• Support Price Lists, Expiring Currencies, and Pricing Agreements in Contracts.

• Ensure integration with SAP FI, PP, and MM modules for seamless business process execution.

• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scripts, and knowledge transfer materials.

• Support production issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely functional solutions.

• Collaborate with business users, functional teams, and technical teams to deliver SAP SD solutions.

Key skills required

• 6–10 years of overall SAP experience with strong focus on SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).

• Hands-on experience in at least two end-to-end SAP implementation projects along with rollout and AMS/support engagements.

• Strong expertise in SAP SD configuration, implementation, and production support.

• Cross-functional knowledge of SAP SD integration with FI, MM, and PP modules.

• Experience using SAP implementation methodologies such as SAP Best Practices and ASAP methodology.

• Strong business analysis skills including process mapping, process redesign, and solution design.

• Experience in requirements gathering, conceptual design, configuration, testing, training, change management, and support.

• Expertise in configuring Sales Orders, Contracts, Deliveries, Billing, and Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.

• Strong knowledge of Pricing Procedures, Tax Determination, Tax Types, Condition Techniques, Accounting Keys, Valuation Classes, and Item Category Determination.

• Hands-on experience in Sales, Delivery, and Billing Document Types, Item Categories, Schedule Line Categories, Billing Plans, Output Determination, and Copy Control.

• Experience with Shipping processes including Picking, Packing, PGI, Returns, Free of Charge Delivery, and Consignment Processing.

• Strong experience in Customer Order Management, Contract Management, Variant Configuration, Pricing, Billing, and Delivery Processing.

• Hands-on experience in complex pricing procedures using VOFM routines, pricing agreements, price lists, and currency management.

• Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience working in large-scale SAP implementation and support environments is preferred.
