Job Title: Consultant | Success Factors | Pan India| HR Transformation
As an SAP HCM Consultant, you will play a crucial role in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP HCM solutions for our clients. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, translate those needs into technical requirements, and deliver effective solutions within the SAP HCM landscape.
Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Conduct workshops and interviews with business users to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and document "as-is" and "to-be" scenarios.
- Solution Design & Configuration: Design, configure, and test SAP HCM modules (e.g., Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Payroll, Time Management, Talent Management) based on business requirements.
- Customization & Development: Develop functional specifications for custom enhancements and work with ABAP developers to ensure proper implementation. May also be involved in basic ABAP debugging.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop test plans, conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality of SAP HCM solutions.
- Training & Documentation: Create user manuals, training materials, and other documentation for SAP HCM solutions. Conduct end-user training sessions.
- Go-Live & Support: Support the go-live process, including data migration and post-implementation support. Provide ongoing support to end-users, troubleshooting issues and resolving problems.
- Project Management: Contribute to project planning, execution, and tracking. Manage tasks and deliverables within assigned scope.
- Best Practices & Standards: Stay up-to-date with SAP HCM best practices and industry trends. Contribute to the development of internal methodologies and standards.
- Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, both verbally and in writing. Build and maintain strong client relationships.
