Experience: 15+ Years (with at least 2+ years focused on AI/ML or SAP Business AI solutions)

Your work profile

• Architect end-to-end AI solutions leveraging SAP Business AI capabilities, including SAP S/4HANA Embedded AI, SAP Joule, SAP AI Core, AI Launchpad, and SAP BTP services.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures, solution blueprints, integration designs, and implementation roadmaps.
• Evaluate and recommend the optimal mix of Embedded AI, Joule, and Custom AI solutions based on business needs, cost considerations, governance requirements, and scalability objectives.
• Define enterprise data architectures, integration strategies, security controls, and governance frameworks for AI-powered business solutions.
• Design and govern integrations across SAP and non-SAP landscapes using SAP Integration Suite, APIs, Event Mesh, and related technologies.
• Lead customer workshops, design thinking sessions, proof-of-concepts (PoCs), and solution discovery engagements.
• Provide technical leadership, architecture governance, and mentorship to development and implementation teams throughout project lifecycles.
• Ensure AI solutions align with enterprise architecture standards, security policies, compliance requirements, and responsible AI principles.
• Drive innovation by identifying AI-enabled transformation opportunities across business processes and SAP applications.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business and IT stakeholders, guiding strategic decision-making for enterprise AI adoption.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Master's degree in Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Business Administration, or related discipline is preferred.
• SAP BTP, SAP AI, Cloud Architecture, or Enterprise Architecture certifications will be an added advantage.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience architecting AI solutions on hyperscaler platforms such as Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, and Google Vertex AI.
• Exposure to leading LLM ecosystems including OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, and open-source models such as Llama, Mistral, and GLM.
• Experience with agentic AI frameworks and orchestration platforms including LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, N8N, and MCP-based architectures.
• Familiarity with vector databases, knowledge retrieval systems, and advanced RAG architecture patterns beyond SAP-native tooling.
• Experience with MLOps and LLMOps practices, model monitoring, evaluation frameworks, and AI lifecycle management.
• Strong understanding of enterprise security, compliance, governance, and responsible AI frameworks.
• Experience leading large-scale SAP transformation and innovation programs across global organizations.
