Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP EWM Manager to lead the design, implementation, optimization, and support of warehouse management solutions across our operations. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics execution, and supply chain transformation initiatives.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the Metals, Steel, Aluminum, Copper, Mining, and Heavy Manufacturing sectors, where large-scale inventory management, yard operations, bulk material handling, and end-to-end warehouse automation are key business requirements.

This role will be responsible for driving warehouse digitization initiatives, leading SAP EWM projects, managing support teams, and ensuring seamless integration across procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution functions.

Key Responsibilities

SAP EWM Solution Leadership

  • Lead SAP EWM implementation, enhancement, upgrade, and support activities.
  • Own end-to-end warehouse management processes and system capabilities.
  • Define and execute the SAP EWM roadmap aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, Procurement, and IT stakeholders.
  • Ensure high system availability, process compliance, and operational efficiency.

Warehouse Operations Management

Design and optimize warehouse processes including:

Required Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Information Technology, or related discipline.
  • MBA or Postgraduate qualification in Supply Chain Management preferred.

Experience

  • 10+ years of SAP Supply Chain and Logistics experience.
  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on SAP EWM experience.
  • At least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Experience delivering multiple SAP EWM implementation projects.
  • Proven experience supporting large-scale warehouse operations.
