Your work profile

• Lead Oracle EBS Financials implementation and rollout projects from requirements gathering through go-live and hypercare.
• Conduct business process workshops and prepare Functional Design Documents (MD050/BR100/FDD).
• Configure Oracle EBS Financials modules based on business requirements.
• Support Conference Room Pilots (CRP), SIT, UAT, cutover planning, and production deployment.
• Prepare functional specifications for customizations, reports, interfaces, conversions, and extensions (RICE components).
• Work closely with technical, integration, reporting, and data migration teams.
• Perform functional testing and support issue resolution.
• Conduct end-user training and prepare user documentation.
• Provide post-production support and knowledge transfer.
• Collaborate with onsite and offshore teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key skills required

• 8–12 years of Oracle EBS Financials implementation experience.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree or related fields.
• Minimum 3–5 end-to-end Oracle EBS implementation or major rollout projects.
• Strong functional expertise in:
• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Fixed Assets (FA)
• Cash Management (CM)
• EBTax
• iExpenses (preferred)
• Good understanding of:
• Subledger Accounting (SLA)
• Financial reporting
• Period close process
• Data migration and conversion
• Interfaces and integrations
• Workflow concepts
• Experience in preparing functional specifications for RICE components.
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to mentor junior consultants and independently manage workstreams.
