Work you’ll do

The primary role is to make immediate, direct contributions to enhancing our clients’ competitive position and performance in ways that are distinctive, innovative, and sustainable.

To do this, one must perform the following activities within the firm:

SAP BASIS Professional should have:

1. *SAP System Administration*: Install, configure, and maintain SAP systems, including ECC, S/4HANA, and other SAP products.

2. *Performance Optimization*: Monitor and optimize SAP system performance, identifying and resolving bottlenecks and issues.

3. *System Availability*: Ensure high availability of SAP systems, implementing clustering, load balancing, and disaster recovery solutions.

4. *Security and Compliance*: Implement and maintain SAP security measures, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

5. *Troubleshooting and Support*: Provide timely and effective support for SAP system issues, working with stakeholders to resolve problems.

6. *Upgrade and Patch Management*: Plan and execute SAP upgrades, patches, and hotfixes, ensuring minimal downtime and impact on business operations.

7. *Documentation and Knowledge Management*: Maintain accurate documentation of SAP system configurations, processes, and procedures.

Requirements:

1. *SAP Basis Certification*: SAP certification in Basis Administration (e.g., SAP NetWeaver, SAP HANA).

2. *Experience*: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in SAP Basis administration, with a strong understanding of SAP system architecture and infrastructure.

3. *Technical Skills*: Proficiency in SAP system administration tools (e.g., SAP Solution Manager, SAP HANA Studio), operating systems (e.g., Linux, Windows), and database management systems (e.g., Oracle, HANA).

4. *Communication*: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders and technical teams.

Nice to Have:

1. *SAP S/4HANA Experience*: Experience with SAP S/4HANA, including migration and implementation projects.

2. *Cloud Experience*: Experience with cloud-based SAP solutions (e.g., SAP Cloud Platform, SAP RISE).

3. *Automation*: Experience with automation tools (e.g., SAP Solution Manager, Ansible) for SAP system management and maintenance.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree (Science or Engineering) from premier institutes.
• Willingness to travel for short and long term durations.
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
