Your work profile

· Design and develop custom SAP FIORI applications using:

· SAP UI5 (MVC architecture)

· JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3

· Develop and enhance:

· FIORI Freestyle Apps

· FIORI Elements (List Report, Object Page, Analytical List Page)

· Customize and extend standard SAP FIORI apps using:

· View Extensions

· Controller Extensions

· Adaptation Projects (UI Adaptation / Key User Extensibility)

· Ensure compliance with SAP UX and FIORI design guidelines

Backend Integration & OData

· Develop and enhance OData services using:

· SAP Gateway (SEGW)

· CDS Views (Standard / Custom), CDS extensions

· Integrate FIORI apps with:

· ABAP backend logic (RFC / BAPI / Function Modules)

· SAP S/4HANA and ECC systems

· Optimize performance of CDS views and OData services

· Handle authorization checks and data security in backend services

SAP FIORI Launchpad & Security

· Configure and support:

· SAP FIORI Launchpad (catalogs, groups, roles, spaces & pages)

· Tiles (Static, Dynamic, KPI)

· Work with PFCG roles and authorization concepts

· Manage app visibility, target mappings, and intent-based navigation

· Support single sign-on (SSO) and user role testing

Development Lifecycle & Support

· Participate in:

· Requirement gathering and technical design discussions

· Technical design documents (TDD)

· Perform:

· Unit testing and defect fixing

· Integration and UAT support

· Assist in:

· System transports and deployments

· Go-live and post-go-live support

· Troubleshoot issues using:

· Chrome DevTools

· SAP Gateway Client

· ST22, /IWFND/ERROR_LOG, /IWBEP/ERROR_LOG

Key skills required:

· 6+ years of experience in SAP FIORI

· Education Any Bachelor’s/Master’s

· SAP UI5 framework

· Excellent knowledge of:

· JavaScript ES6+

· JSON, XML

· OData V2 / V4

· ABAP skills for:

· OData services

· CDS Views

· Enhancements and exits

· Experience with:

· SAP Web IDE / Business Application Studio (BAS)

· Git / version control (preferred)

· Understanding of:

· RESTful services

· Performance optimization

· Security and authorization concepts

Functional & Soft Skills

· Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

· Strong analytical and debugging skills

· Excellent communication with functional consultants and business users

· Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently
