Your work profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply‑Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related field; MBA or master’s degree is a plus.
• 6–9 years of SAP S/4 HANA implementation experience in SAP WM
• Experience in at least 3 full-cycle SAP WM implementation project.
• Drive the design, configuration, testing and delivery of warehouse management solutions within S/4HANA transformation projects
• Conduct workshops with warehouse supervisors, material planners and IT to capture functional requirements (storage types, bin strategies, handling units, wave management, cross‑docking, etc.)
• Set up warehouse structure – storage types, sections, bins, and handling units.
• Configure inbound/outbound processes (goods receipt, put‑away, picking, packing, shipping).
• Define inventory management rules, physical inventory procedures, and warehouse order creation strategies (e.g., RF‑guided, barcode, mobile).

Key skills required: 

• Integrate WM with MM, PP, QM, and FI/CO (e.g., automatic receipt posting, cost settlement).
• Deep knowledge of warehouse structure, inbound/outbound processes, handling units, bin management, physical inventory,
• Worked extensively on RICEFW objects/ custom developments related to WM
• ABAP Basics: Understanding of SAP ABAP basics, including debugging.
• Good understanding of Fiori apps for Warehouse Management/ Logistics
• Produce Business blueprint, KDS, functional specifications, configuration document, user manuals. 
• Experience of working with Indian and global clients.
• Good hands on capability - can independently develop good quality deliverable.
• Define migration strategy for legacy material master, vendor master, stock balances, and open purchase orders.
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
• Willingness to travel for short and long term durations.
