Your work profile:

• We are seeking an experienced SAP Controlling (CO) Manager to lead finance controlling transformation initiatives, SAP solution delivery, and business process optimization across enterprise-wide SAP programs.
• The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP CO processes, strong stakeholder management capabilities, and a proven track record in delivering SAP implementations, rollouts, support engagements, and SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
• The role requires close collaboration with Finance, Operations, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Executive Leadership teams to design, implement, and optimize cost management, profitability analysis, planning, and performance reporting solutions aligned with business objectives.

SAP Controlling Solution Leadership

• Lead SAP CO workstreams across implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support engagements.
• Drive business process design and transformation initiatives related to management accounting and cost controlling.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis workshops and define future-state operating models.
• Recommend SAP standard solutions and industry best practices.
• Support SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling transformation programs.
• Ensure alignment between business goals and SAP solution architecture.

Cost & Management Accounting / Cost Center Accounting (CCA)

• Lead and manager:

• Cost Center Hierarchies, Cost Allocations, Statistical Key Figures, Cost Planning, Cost Center Reporting, Departmental Cost Control

Internal Orders (IO)

• Manage:
  • Capital Expenditure Tracking, Overhead Cost Monitoring, Project Cost Monitoring
  • Investment Management Integration, Settlement Processes

Product Cost Controlling (PC)

• Support and manage:
  • Standard Costing
  • Cost Estimates
  • Cost Rollups
  • Manufacturing Cost Analysis
  • Material Costing
  • Cost Component Structures
  • Cost Object Controlling

Profitability Management

• Drive:
  • Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)
  • Margin Analysis
  • Customer Profitability
  • Product Profitability
  • Segment Reporting
  • Contribution Margin Reporting

Financial Planning & Performance Management

• Lead budgeting and forecasting solution design.
• Develop cost planning and profitability planning frameworks.
• Support annual operating plan processes.
• Enable management reporting and financial performance tracking.
• Design driver-based planning and allocation models.
• Improve visibility into business performance metrics and KPIs.
• Support executive decision-making through enhanced reporting capabilities.

SAP S/4HANA Controlling Transformation

• Lead design and deployment activities related to:

• Universal Journal Integration, Margin Analysis, Account-Based CO-PA, Real-Time Reporting, Cost Object Controlling, Embedded Analytics, Fiori-Based Reporting, Financial Planning Enhancements

Responsibilities include:

• Evaluation of current-state processes.
• Design of future-state controlling models.
• Simplification of reporting structures.
• Adoption of SAP S/4HANA best practices.

Business Process Transformation

• Analyze existing cost management and profitability processes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Standardize global controlling processes.
• Drive finance transformation and operational excellence initiatives.
• Ensure alignment with corporate governance and compliance requirements.
• Promote continuous improvement in controlling and reporting processes.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as a trusted advisor to Finance Controllers, Plant Controllers, Business Finance Leads, and Executive Stakeholders.
• Conduct workshops and requirement gathering sessions.
• Facilitate design discussions and decision-making forums.
• Present solution recommendations to leadership teams.
• Manage stakeholder expectations throughout project lifecycles.
• Ensure successful business adoption of implemented solutions.

SAP Configuration & Functional Design/ Cost Center Accounting (CCA)

Configure and support:

• Cost Elements, Cost Centers, Cost Center Groups, Statistical Key Figures
• Distribution Cycles, Assessment Cycles, Allocations

Key skills required:

• • 10–15+ years of SAP consulting experience.
  • Minimum 4–6 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Experience leading:
  • 3+ End-to-End SAP Implementations
  • Global Rollout Programs
  • SAP Support & Enhancement Engagements
  • SAP S/4HANA Transformation Projects
  • Experience in manufacturing, industrial products, engineering, utilities, or process industries preferred.

Preferred Skills

• SAP S/4HANA Finance & Controlling Certification.
• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
• Exposure to SAP Group Reporting.
• Understanding of Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
• Knowledge of manufacturing cost accounting and operational finance.
• Experience with business intelligence and analytics platforms.
• Exposure to finance transformation and process automation initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Information Technology, or related field.
• MBA in Supply Chain, Operations, or Logistics preferred.
