Job Description:

We are looking for a SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 (ONB 2.0) Consultant with 1–3 years of hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, or supporting SuccessFactors Onboarding modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and support SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0, including process setup, panels, notifications, and compliance steps.
• Assist in requirement gathering, solution design, and system validation.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Recruiting, Employee Central) to ensure seamless integration.
• Support issue analysis, troubleshooting, and user queries.
• Perform system testing, regression testing, and deployment support.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and provide regular updates on deliverables.
• Prepare documentation, configuration trackers, and user guides.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience in SuccessFactors ONB 2.0.
• Understanding of RCM → ONB → EC data flow.
• Knowledge of Business Rules, Permissions, and Admin Center configurations.
• Experience with basic troubleshooting and incident management.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Certification in SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 (preferred, not mandatory).
