Role Overview

Deloitte Consulting India is seeking an Analyst to join our Technology Strategy & Transformation (TST) practice in Pune. The Analyst will play a critical role in supporting Agile transformation engagements, working closely with Agile Coaches, Scrum Masters, and client stakeholders. The individual will help Agile teams adopt best practices, track and analyze performance metrics, and contribute to Deloitte’s growing presence in large-scale enterprise transformations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Agile Coaches and engagement leaders in enabling Agile ways of working across teams.
  • Facilitate or assist in Agile ceremonies, retrospectives, and workshops.
  • Partner with Scrum Masters and Product Owners to strengthen backlog refinement, prioritization, and estimation practices.
  • Collect and analyze Agile metrics (velocity, throughput, predictability, quality) to provide insights and improvement recommendations.
  • Prepare dashboards, status reports, and presentations for client and Deloitte leadership.
  • Document observations, lessons learned, and case studies for continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to internal TST initiatives, knowledge repositories, and community of practice activities.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1–3 years of professional experience, with exposure to Agile delivery or transformation programs.
  • Foundational knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
  • Experience with Agile lifecycle tools such as Jira, Rally, Azure DevOps, or Confluence.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work with data.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills to work with diverse teams.
  • Interest and exposure in Technology Strategy & Transformation (TST) engagements.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience supporting Agile Coaches or Scrum Masters in large-scale Agile programs.
  • Familiarity with Agile maturity assessments and metrics reporting.
  • Exposure to Banking, Financial Services, or Automotive industry engagements.
  • Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe Agilist/SAFe Practitioner) are a plus.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Management, or related field.
  • Agile-related certifications preferred.
