Job Description of RTR Assistant Manager/Project Lead
- Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management and Process Improvements
- Lead RTR transformation or improvement projects (automation, standardization, migration)
- Drives Initiative: Automation using Power BI, Alteryx or UI Path, Support ERP Implementation, Process Standardization across regions
- Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve efficiency in accounting processes.
- Reconciliations: Good understanding of Balance Sheet reconciliations, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, Revenue Accounting
- Compliance & Audit: Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) standards and support internal/external audits.
- Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (e.g., B.Com, M.Com, CA Inter, MBA).
- 6–10 years of experience in driving projects in RTR
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of US GAAP.
- Experience in a BPO or shared service environment.
This role is critical for providing accurate financial data for decision-making and reporting
