Your Work Profile

• Lead BCM engagements, including Business Impact Analysis, risk assessments, continuity planning, and maturity reviews.
• Develop and review Business Continuity, Crisis Management, and Disaster Recovery plans.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, tabletop exercises, and crisis simulations.
• Identify resilience gaps and recommend practical remediation strategies.
• Manage client relationships, project deliverables, and quality reviews.
• Support business development initiatives. 

Key Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of BCM, Crisis Management, Disaster Recovery, and Operational Resilience.
• Hands-on experience with BIA, continuity strategies, plan development, and testing.
• Understanding of ISO 22301 and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Experience with BCM/GRC tools such as ServiceNow, Fusion, Archer, or MetricStream.
• Excellent stakeholder management, documentation, and presentation skills.
• Preferred certifications: CBCI/MBCI, CBCP, ISO 22301 LA/LI, CISA.

• B.E./B.Tech. or master’s degree in Business, Technology, Risk Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in BCM, crisis management, disaster recovery, or operational resilience.
• Prior consulting or regulated-industry experience is preferred.
• Highly self-motivated and comfortable working in local and global environments.
