Your work profile

As an Oracle Technical Architect / Associate Director, you will lead the technical architecture, design, and delivery of complex Oracle transformation engagements involving Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), AI-enabled solutions, integrations, reporting, and large-scale data migration programs.

You will work closely with clients, business stakeholders, functional leaders, and delivery teams to define robust technical architectures and ensure successful implementation of Oracle solutions aligned to business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical architecture and solution design for Oracle Fusion Cloud and Oracle EBS engagements.
• Define enterprise-wide Oracle technical strategy, architecture standards, and implementation governance.
• Architect and oversee Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud migration programs.
• Lead data migration workshops, conversion strategy development, and technical execution planning.
• Design scalable integration architectures using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, SOAP services, Middleware, and third-party integration platforms.
• Define reporting and analytics architecture utilizing OTBI, BI Publisher (BIP), Oracle Analytics, and custom reporting frameworks.
• Review and approve technical design documents, solution blueprints, and development standards.
• Guide development teams on complex PL/SQL, database architecture, performance tuning, and Oracle technical best practices.
• Lead architecture reviews, design authority boards, and technical governance forums.
• Build reusable assets, accelerators, migration frameworks, and automation solutions.
• Drive estimation, solutioning, proposal development, and RFP responses for Oracle opportunities.
• Engage directly with client leadership teams and act as a trusted advisor during transformation initiatives.
• Mentor and coach technical consultants, senior developers, and architects.
• Ensure security, scalability, performance, and compliance requirements are incorporated into all Oracle technical solutions.
• Collaborate with functional architects to deliver end-to-end Oracle business transformation programs.
