Your work profile

As a Associate Director in our HR Transformation Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations:

• Implement, configure, and support Oracle HCM Payroll solutions.
• Analyze business requirements and develop technical solutions aligned with client needs.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy fixes, enhancements, and system upgrades.
• Utilize PeopleSoft technologies including PeopleTools, Integration Broker, Application Engine, Application Designer, Component Interface, SQR, SQL, XML Publisher, and related tools.
• Follow PeopleSoft implementation methodologies and systems support best practices.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business and compliance requirements.
• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting as needed.

Desired qualifications/ skills

• 12+ years of Oracle HCM Payroll implementation experience.
• Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft technologies and implementation methodology.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle databases and SQL.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
