Your work profile

As an Associate Director, you will lead global procurement technology transformations, driving strategic engagements across Source-to-Pay (S2P) programs. You will be accountable for end-to-end delivery, client outcomes, and overall program success, combining leadership oversight with deep functional and technical expertise.

Key responsibilities

Program Delivery & Execution

·      Drive end-to-end execution of large-scale S2P transformation programs across Sourcing, CLM, P2P, and Supplier Management

·      Define solution architecture and ensure alignment with business objectives and enterprise landscape

·      Steer all phases of delivery including configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, and deployment

·      Establish delivery frameworks and enforce standardized practices to enhance efficiency and quality

Client & Stakeholder Leadership

·      Serve as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders, influencing decision-making and transformation roadmaps

·      Lead executive discussions, workshops, and governance forums

Risk, Governance & Financial Management

·      Establish robust governance models ensuring visibility, accountability, and control across engagements

·      Anticipate and mitigate delivery risks while managing complex dependencies

·      Own commercial performance including revenue, margins, and overall program economics

·      Monitor and improve key performance indicators to drive measurable business value

Leadership & Team Development

·      Build and lead high-performing, distributed teams across geographies

·      Drive capability development through structured mentoring, coaching, and knowledge-sharing initiatives

·      Foster strong domain and platform expertise within the team

Strategy, Innovation & Growth

·      Shape procurement transformation strategies and contribute to practice-level thought leadership

·      Support business development through solutioning, proposal development, and client presentations

·      Identify opportunities to enhance delivery models, accelerate value realization, and drive innovation

Key skills required

·      14+ years of experience leading procurement technology or S2P transformation initiatives

·      Strong expertise across leading S2P platforms, with preference for Ivalua

·      Proven ability to lead complex, multi-region programs with significant scale and impact

·      Deep understanding of procurement processes, supplier lifecycle, and supply chain operations

·      Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders

·      Expertise in enterprise solution architecture, integrations, and delivery governance

·      Strong commercial acumen with experience managing large program financials

·      Demonstrated experience in pre-sales, solution design, and capability building

Qualification

·      Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline

·      Advanced certification in S2P platforms (Ivalua preferred)

·      PMP, Agile, or equivalent program management certification is advantageous
