Your Work Profile

The Full Stack Developer - Niagara Framework will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Building Management System (BMS) and Industrial IoT applications using the Niagara Framework. The role requires expertise in Niagara-based development, integration with building automation systems, and full-stack application development. The candidate will work closely with engineering, operations, and product teams to deliver scalable, efficient, and secure smart building and automation solutions.

Key Skills Required

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related discipline.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in software development and system integration.
• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with the Niagara Framework.
• Strong understanding of Building Automation Systems (BAS) and Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Experience working with building automation protocols such as:
• BACnet
• Modbus
• LonWorks
• KNX
• Strong programming experience in Java and Niagara component-based development.
• Experience developing and customizing Niagara stations, drivers, services, and components.
• Knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience integrating Niagara applications with third-party systems and enterprise applications.
• Understanding of IoT, smart building, and industrial automation architectures.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in building automation, energy management, or smart infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and system integration concepts.
• Experience with Niagara N4 platform customization and deployment.
• Exposure to cloud-based monitoring, analytics, or connected building solutions.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity principles for industrial and building automation systems.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
