Your work profile

• We are looking for an experienced Java and Oracle Developer to take charge of designing, developing, and deploying scalable software solutions using technologies such as GCP, Spark data sets, Java, Spring, and Oracle.
• The position demands a proficient back-end developer who has solid experience working with the mentioned frameworks and technologies, and who is committed to delivering high-quality, efficient applications.
• Develop robust applications using Java, Spring Framework, and Spark, Big Query.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code adhering to best practices.
• Develop and consume effective REST API.
• Develop and manage complex database schemas, queries, and stored procedures using Oracle PL/SQL.

Key Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in JAVA +Oracle Developer
• Proficiency in JAVA, PL/SQL and Unix scripting.

Java Development:

• Develop robust applications using Java, Spring Framework, Spark, Big Query.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code adhering to best practices.
• Develop and consume effective REST API.
• Develop and manage complex database schemas, queries, and stored procedures using Oracle PL/SQL.
• Write and optimize advanced SQL/PL-SQL scripts for data manipulation and retrieval.
• Analyze and enhance application and database performance to ensure scalability.
• Work proficiently in a Unix/Linux environment, including shell scripting and system commands.
• Handle complex data formats, including efficient XML parsing and processing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and high-quality software solutions.

Regulatory Compliance:

• Familiarity with modern cloud and data platforms like Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Big Query.
• Proficiency in a Unix/Linux environment, including shell scripting and file handling.
• Proven experience working within an Agile development methodology.
• Experience using AI code assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Gemini) to enhance productivity and code quality.
• Strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), from design to deployment

Database Management:

• Write, optimize, and maintain PL/SQL scripts for data extraction and transformation.

System Integration:

• Collaborate with upstream and downstream teams to ensure seamless data integration

Technical Support:

• Troubleshoot production issues, resolve defects, and optimize system performance.
• Document solutions, processes, and configurations for future reference.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:

• Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
