Job Title:  Consultant | Project Management | Pune | Sales & Service

Job Summary

The PMO Manager drives the efficient delivery of projects across the organization by overseeing staff allocation, maintaining PMO systems, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring clear status communication. This role acts as the central hub for project governance, resource planning, and performance tracking, enabling teams to meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

A. Staff Management and Allocation

• Identify project staffing needs and allocate resources across multiple initiatives.
• Monitor workload, balance capacity, and adjust assignments as agreed with leadership.

B.System Updates and Management

• Administer the PMO’s project management tools
• Ensure data integrity, configure dashboards
• Keep systems up to date with latest data

C. Reports Compilation & Excel Expertise

• Consolidate project data into weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for senior leadership.
• Build and maintain Excel models to support decision‑making.
• Validate data accuracy and ensure timely distribution of reports to stakeholders.

D. Status Reporting

• Produce concise, real‑time status updates.
• Maintain a central repository of status documentation.

Additional Responsibilities (optional but often expected)

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and project health metrics.
• Support portfolio prioritization and strategic alignment activities.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years in project management or PMO environments.
