As a Consultant in our SuccessFactors Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -

 

As a practitioner, within the Human Resource Transformation, the Individual will be responsible to implement the system in a global setup and will help configure, implement, and provide production/warranty support. 

 

 

Desired qualifications

·      Certified Integration Consultant (SAP CPI) with focused experience of 5 - 7 years, on integrating SuccessFactors (Cloud HR) with third party applications like SAP HCM, Other HR Applications, Attendance machine, SAP S/4 HANA system, Third Part Payroll systems etc.

·      Implementation count between 3 - 4 and having played a role of lead or supporting the lead functional consultant

·      Well versed with availability of standard SuccessFactors integration packages and its usage.

·      Well versed in configuring and facilitating API and File based integration with conversions capability in middleware.

·      Experience in using Integration center of SuccessFactors

·      Experience in configuring Business Integration Builder in SAP HCM and S/4 landscape for integrating

·      Additional knowledge on SAP ABAP would be added advantage.

·      Knowledge on building integration of SuccessFactors LMS system with third party learning applications would be added advantage

·      Actively participated or supported in Technical Design, SIT, Regression testing and UAT workshops.

·      Well versed with SSO / IAS / IPS Configurations.

·      Additional certifications and Experience in module like Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll would be an added advantage.

·      Good Communication and Team-work skills.

 

 

Location and way of working

·      Base location: Pan India

·      This profile involves frequent / occasional travelling to client locations OR this profile does not involve extensive travel for work.

·      Hybrid is our default way of working. Each domain has customised the hybrid approach to their unique needs.
