Senior Developer Experience : 6+ years Minimum
ServiceNow Experience- 3+ Years
Skills Required: • 3 years ServiceNow - ITOM (Health) system development and administration • Programing languages Java and JSON • knowledge and experience of working with IT Operation Management (ITOM) with Event Management, ITSM, CMDB, and API are highly requested.
Roles and Responsibilities : • Demonstrated technical capability in custom development for ServiceNow modules like ITOM, ITSM and Service Portal is an added advantage. • Design, configure, and deployment of ServiceNow ITOM modules leveraging industry best practices and standards. • Provide technical and thought leadership in both system integration and application development, while also promoting best practices in these areas • Good to have knowledge and working experience of other ServiceNow ITOM modules like ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event management. • Good knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM data model. • Understands Discovery scheduling and potential network impacts • Experience with net-new implementations of Discovery, Event Management, and Service Mapping; can relay best practices to clients • Understands CMDB relationships and hierarchy, experience in CMDB Health dashboard configuration and with CMDB remediation including duplicate and stale CI items • Understanding of the Identification and Reconciliation engine • Understanding of platform security and integration best practices • Develop and implement new applications on ServiceNow and integrations from initiation to completion, tailored to the customer requirements. Understand detailed requirements and own your code from design, implementation, test and delivery of high-quality solutions to our customers • ITOM Implementation experience is a must • Develop workflows and scripts to personalize existing on ServiceNow and automate and improve business processes. Preferred Certifications : • ServiceNow - Certified System Administrator • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Discovery • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Service Mapping • ITIL Certification can be added advantage
