Job Title:  Deputy Manager | Contract Management | Pune | Sustainability & Emerging Assurance

• Extensive experience in implementing end-to-end Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions

across platforms like Icertis, Sirion, Agiloft, and Conga

• Proficient in collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders including Legal, Procurement, Sales,

Compliance, and IT to gather requirements and deliver scalable AI-integrated CLM solutions

• Ability to drive CLM adoption through well-structured change management, training programs, and

end-user engagement

• Experienced in managing Agile or hybrid delivery models, leading global teams, and ensuring high-

quality, timely project execution

• Contributed to business development activities including solutioning, RFP responses, and AI-focused

demos for prospective clients

• Proficient in tools such as AI Studio, Azure Cognitive Services, Google NLP, Power BI, Tableau, Jira,

MuleSoft, and SAP CPI

• Known for strategic thinking, empathetic leadership, and a commitment to inclusive, ethical use of AI

technologies in enterprise environments

• They should have good presentation & communication skills.

• They should also be well versed with MS Excel and handling volume of data.
