Your work profile 

In MCM Team, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client we must ask RM team to check with us before they action on such business request:

  • Collaborate with clients to comprehend CLM needs and document specific requirements, creating Business Requirement Documents (BRD) for system specifications
  • Lead end-to-end implementation of CLM solutions, configuring and customizing systems to align with client processes, and documenting all configurations.
  • Analyze and document existing contract management processes, recommending and implementing optimized workflows within the CLM system.
  • Oversee data migration from legacy systems and document migration processes, integrating CLM systems with other enterprise solutions and documenting integration points.
  • Design and document internal controls within the CLM system, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards, and maintaining comprehensive documentation.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users, creating training materials and user guides, and providing documented support and troubleshooting for CLM users.
  • Perform documented testing of CLM configurations to ensure accuracy and functionality, developing reports and documenting assessments of the quality and efficiency of CLM solutions.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of all CLM-related processes, configurations, and system documentation, including manuals and guides.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and document best practices in contract management, applying leading practices to enhance the effectiveness of CLM solutions.

Key skills required:  

  • BE, MBA, MCA ,CA ICI Certified/ Sirion Certified, Docusign /conga certified Proven experience in implementing and configuring CLM solutions, with a focus on documentation.
  • Familiarity with CLM software platforms and technologies.
  • Strong understanding of legal and contractual frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills for client interactions and documented training sessions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail in optimizing CLM processes.
  • Knowledge of data migration and integration processes, with documented experience.
  • Familiarity with relevant industry tools, frameworks, and documentation standards.
