The Enabling Area – Information Technology team is responsible for building Salesforce application for Deloitte India that focuses on providing customer experience.

Your work profile

As a Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) Developer, resource will be a key contributor in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce CPQ solutions to streamline the process. Primary focus will be on leveraging Salesforce CPQ capabilities to meet business requirements, improve efficiency, and enhance overall experience.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams and a deep understanding of Salesforce CPQ functionalities will be essential in driving successful project outcomes.

• Base location: Pune or Gurgaon
• This profile does not involve travel for work.

Your role as a Senior CPQ Developer

• Understanding and hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ, including its features, configurations, and limitations.
• Proficiency in Salesforce platform concepts and development (Apex, Visualforce, Salesforce Lightning).
• Ability to configure complex pricing rules, product bundles, discount schedules, and quote templates within Salesforce CPQ.
• Must have Hands-on Customization APEX, Visual Force, Triggers, Batch, Schedule Apex, VF Components, Test Class and CPQ Plugins
• Perform Code Review and Code Optimization on APEX & LWC
• Configure and customize Salesforce CPQ to meet business needs, including pricing, quoting, and product configurations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and translate complex business requirements into effective Salesforce CPQ solutions.
• Partner with functional team members to improve the end-user experience.
• Develop operational excellence across the cross-functional environment including development, data cleanliness, privacy, security, tracking and reporting of essential metrics.
• Integrate Salesforce CPQ with other Salesforce clouds or external systems.
• Provide support, troubleshoot issues, and perform regular maintenance tasks within Salesforce CPQ.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for CPQ configurations and maintain CMMI documentation for each project.
• Provide training to end-users and support teams, ensuring they are proficient in using Salesforce CPQ features.
• Upgrade the knowledge with each release and follow best industry practices and standards while providing the IT solution.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, understand requirements, and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
