Work Profile:
As a Cryptography & Cybersecurity Analyst you will support the design, implementation, and testing of cryptographic primitives and security controls across our products and services. This is a learning‑focused role where you will collaborate with senior mentors, contribute to real quantum cryptography projects, and develop a solid foundation for a career in information security.
Key Responsibilities
- Cryptography control testing and updating cryptography libraries. Implement & Test Cryptographic Algorithms.
- Review of code and assist in changes in applying secure coding guidelines. Stay up‑to‑date with emerging cryptographic standards (e.g., post‑quantum algorithms, TLS 1.3)
- Assist in conducting cryptography risk assessments. Document findings and suggest remediation steps. Preparation of detailed report on risk findings.
- Assist in preparing client deliverables, reports, and documentation.
- Conduct research on OT protocols (e.g., Modbus, DNP3, OPC-UA) to identify security gaps and cryptographic weaknesses.
- Analyse cryptographic implementations in industrial devices and recommend secure-by-design improvements.
- Assist in developing guidelines for applying encryption and authentication in OT environments.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams and product owners.
- Contribute to internal knowledge bases, security best practices and standard operating procedures.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of cyber threats and quantum risks. Drive continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the team.

Minimum Qualifications
Education
PhD with background in Cryptography with minimum 05 years of experience in research.
Core Knowledge
Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles, data protection, cryptographic concepts (confidentiality, integrity, authentication, key exchange) and common algorithms. Basic knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as NIST,
Basic understanding of OT/ICS environments and common industrial protocols (Modbus, EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, DNP3, and OPC-UA).
Awareness of IoT security
Security Foundations
Familiarity with networking basics, cryptography, and common cyber‑threat landscape.
Familiarity with OT/IoT security architecture and industrial data security challenges.
Awareness of cryptographic challenges in resource-constrained OT devices.
Programming
Proficiency in at least one language (C/C++, Python, Go, or Java).
Tools
Experience in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint office tools. Proficiency in preparing structured reports and presentations.
[Optional] Exposure to version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and security tooling (Wireshark, Burp Suite, Nmap, static analysis tools).
