Your Work Profile

The Backend Developer (Golang) will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend services and APIs. The role requires building high-quality, well-documented, and testable applications while ensuring performance, reliability, and maintainability.

The role involves working across technologies, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, and ensuring scalable, secure, and high‑performance systems.

The candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust backend solutions that support enterprise systems and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Skills Required

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in backend development
• Strong proficiency in Golang with experience building microservices and RESTful APIs
• Strong understanding of concurrent programming (goroutines, channels)
• Expertise in distributed systems, message queues, and database systems
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and API design principles
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and release automation
• Exposure to observability tools (logging, monitoring, tracing)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Docker and containerization technologies
• Experience with Linux systems and environments
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
• Experience with scalable and high-availability system design
