Your work profile

We are looking for Junior Developers who are eager to build backend services and work on modern distributed systems under the guidance of leads & senior engineers

Key skills required

• Develop and maintain backend APIs using Java and Spring Boot
• Working with Kafka and integrating it with Java Spring Boot applications.
• Assist in building microservices-based applications
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Debug and resolve issues in applications
• Work closely with senior developers and learn best practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
• Strong hands-on experience in Java (Java 8+)
• Experience with Spring Boot and REST APIs
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture
• Familiarity working with Kafka
• Familiarity with NoSQL Databases (MongoDB)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated learner who stays current with emerging technologies and industry trends
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and technical/non-technical stakeholders
