Key skills required

• Lead Engineer : Java , Kafka , Flink, K streams, Mongo , Openshift
• The Lead Engineer is responsible for designing and delivering scalable, real‑time D2C Reporting APIs on the ODS platform, enabling near‑real‑time client reporting and event‑driven consumption.
• The role provides technical leadership across Java‑based microservices, streaming pipelines using Kafka, Flink and Kafka Streams, and persistent data stores on MongoDB.
• You will own solution design, non‑functional resilience, and production readiness on OpenShift, while mentoring engineers and ensuring alignment with enterprise streaming and API standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
