Your work profile

We are seeking an experienced Java Backend Developer with strong expertise in Microservices Architecture, Spring Boot, and DevOps practices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend systems and RESTful services while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

 Key skills required: 

• 5–10 years of experience in Java Backend Development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java (8+) and Spring Boot.
• Proven experience designing and developing Microservices-based applications.
• Strong experience in RESTful API development and integration.
• Hands-on experience implementing CI/CD pipelines, preferably using Jenkins.
• Exposure to DevOps concepts, deployment automation, and modern software delivery practices.
• Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture and associated design patterns.
• Experience with Service Registry and Discovery mechanisms.
• Knowledge of Circuit Breaker patterns and resilient application design.

• Experience implementing API Gateway solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Inter-Service Communication using REST, gRPC, or Message Queues.
• Experience with Git and version control best practices.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases and/or NoSQL databases.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience debugging production issues and improving system performance, reliability, and observability.

Preferred Qualifications

• Education - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. 
• Strong hands-on experience with Java (8+) and Spring Boot.
• Knowledge of Kafka and/or NATS messaging platforms.
• Exposure to containerization and cloud-native deployment practices.
• Understanding of distributed systems and event-driven architectures.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
