Your work profile

We are seeking an experienced platform automation tester ATF

Key skills required

• Test Strategy & Design: Define automation testing strategies and create comprehensive test plans tailored for ServiceNow applications like ITSM, ITOM, and CSM.
• ATF Automation Development: Build and maintain automated test scripts, test suites, and reusable test components.
• Functional & Regression Testing: Perform end-to-end testing to validate workflows, business rules, catalog items, and UI policies.
• Integration & API Testing: Validate data flows and integrations (REST/SOAP) using ATF and external tools like Postman.
• Upgrade Support: Lead regression testing during ServiceNow family releases and patch cycles to prevent critical defect leakage.
• Defect Management: Identify, log, and track bugs using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps, collaborating with developers for resolution. 
• 4+ years of experience in automation testing using ServiceNow ATF
• ServiceNow testing
• BFSI testing
• Education - UG and Above.
