Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Power Automate Developer with strong expertise in Power Automate Desktop, Cloud Flows, Power Apps Canvas Apps, and SQL development. The ideal candidate must also have hands‑on experience in preparing High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents. This role requires someone who can design scalable automation solutions, translate business requirements into technical specifications, and deliver high‑quality, production‑ready workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power Automate Desktop flows for enterprise automation needs.
• Build and optimize Power Automate Cloud flows integrating with Microsoft 365, Dataverse, Azure services, APIs, and external systems.
• Develop Canvas Apps with robust data connections, custom logic, and strong UI/UX principles.
• Work with SQL databases, including designing schemas, writing complex custom queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
• Prepare comprehensive High-Level Design (HLD) documents outlining architecture, integrations, and system interactions.
• Create detailed Low-Level Design (LLD) documents covering workflow logic, data mappings, triggers, and exception handling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Implement best practices for automation security, governance, documentation, and version control.
• Troubleshoot, monitor, and optimize existing automations to ensure performance and reliability.
• Support deployment processes and provide post‑production issue resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in automation development using Power Automate (Desktop & Cloud).
• Strong hands-on experience in building Power Apps – Canvas Apps with advanced logic and integrations.
• Proficiency in SQL—including writing complex queries, joins, stored procedures, and optimization.
• Solid experience in preparing HLD and LLD documentation.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform architecture, Dataverse, connectors, REST APIs, and governance.
• Experience with debugging, error handling frameworks, logging mechanisms, and retry strategies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and requirement‑gathering skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Certifications (PL‑400, PL‑500, PL‑600)
• Experience with Power BI, SharePoint, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or Git
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Exposure to scripting languages (JavaScript, Python, PowerShell)
