Your work profile 

As a Senior Consultant in our Operations Transformation Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: - 

Your main responsibilities will be: 

• Supporting client related engagements in the areas of Public Finance, Process and technology reforms, Public Expenditure Reforms, Monitoring & Evaluation, Budget process reforms 
• Identify opportunities and define strategies for efficiencies in work process and innovative approaches to completing scope of work 
• Participate in team problem solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues 
• Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and create reports 
• Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products 
• Assist in proposal development, as requested 
• Actively expand consulting skills and professional development through training courses, mentoring, and daily interaction with clients 

Desired qualifications 

• Academic qualification: Chartered Accountant/Master’s Degree in Economics/Master’s Degree in Business Administration/ Bachelor or Master degree in Technology or any other relevant field 
• Work experience: 4 years plus of work experience 
• Team player with effective interpersonal and communication skills 
• Demonstrated teamwork within or outside a work setting. 
• Previous experience of working with Government Department 
• Ability to create analytics use case, 
• Understanding of taxation system in general and GST in particular 
• Ability to handle large sets of data 
• Analytical mindset to access and interpret large data sets 
• Exceptional problem-solving ability. Logical reasoning, creative thinking, comfort with numbers, and the ability to untangle complex issues. 
• Team player with effective interpersonal and communication skills 
• Fluent verbal and written English language skills 
• Past experience of working with Government will be an added advantage 
• Strong passion for consulting, ability to adapt and cope in a fast pace, challenging work hours.
