Role Overview

We are looking for a highly capable Full Stack Engineer with strong software engineering fundamentals and experience building scalable digital platforms, ideally within the payments or fintech domain. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong problem-solving ability, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in fast-paced, agile delivery environments.

This role will involve designing, developing, and supporting modern digital applications and APIs that integrate into complex payment ecosystems, working closely with product, architecture, and delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable full stack applications and APIs
• Build modern frontend applications and robust backend services
• Contribute to architecture discussions and technical design decisions
• Work across the full software development lifecycle in agile delivery teams
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA engineers, and DevOps teams
• Develop secure, high-performance, and resilient applications
• Participate in code reviews, technical documentation, and engineering best practices
• Support integration with payment platforms, banking systems, and third-party APIs where required
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills & Experience

• Education – Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
• Minimum 7+ years of relevant software engineering experience
• Domain - Payments

• Strong full stack development experience across frontend and backend technologies
• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
• Strong backend development skills using Java, Node.js, Python, or similar technologies
• Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices architectures
• Strong understanding of databases (SQL and/or NoSQL)
• Familiarity with cloud-native development and containerization technologies
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, testing, and secure coding standards

Domain Experience

• Experience within Payments, Banking, Fintech, or Financial Services is highly desirable
• Exposure to card payments, tokenization, wallets, transaction processing, or digital banking platforms would be advantageous
