Role Summary
Lead enterprise-scale performance engineering initiatives across telecom and digital platforms. Drive performance strategy, governance, capacity planning, performance risk mitigation, stakeholder management, and delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Define performance strategy; Execute load, stress, endurance and scalability testing; Validate NFRs and SLAs; Identify bottlenecks across application, database and infrastructure layers; Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines; Lead performance reviews and executive reporting.

- Performance Testing Tools: LoadRunner Enterprise/Professional, Apache JMeter, k6. NeoLoad
- APM & Observability: Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus
- Programming & Scripting: Java, Python, Groovy, Shell Scripting
- API & Microservices: REST APIs, SOAP Services, GraphQL, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Swagger/OpenAPI
- Database: Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
- Cloud Platform: Microsoft Azure
