Your work profile

• As a Manager in our SCNO Team, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations.
• Assist in Ivalua platform configuration based on business requirements
• Work with senior consultants and project managers to support end-to-end project activities
• Use SQL for data validation, extraction, transformation, and analysis
• Participate in data migration activities and interface testing
• Document functional specifications, test cases, and user manuals
• Track project deliverables, status updates, and support issue resolution
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Tech, Procurement, IT)
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and training initiatives
• Help identify process gaps and suggest improvements in workflows 

Key skills required: 

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field with minimum 10+ years of experience in Ivalua
• Good understanding of SQL and basic database concepts
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Eagerness to learn technology platforms and enterprise tools
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
