Work you’ll do

 

The primary role is to make immediate, direct contributions to enhancing our clients’ competitive position

and performance in ways that are distinctive, innovative, and sustainable. To do this, one must perform

the following activities within the firm:

 

SAP EWM/PM implementation Professional should have 9 to 12 Yrs:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Maintenance Management or a related field; MBA or Master’s degree is a plus.

9–12 years of SAP S/4 HANA implementation experience in SAP PM 

Experience in at least 3 full-cycle SAP PM implementation project.

Drive the design, configuration, testing and delivery of Plant Maintenance solutions within S/4HANA transformation projects

Conduct workshops with maintenance managers, engineers, reliability teams and HSE to capture functional requirements (work‑orders, notifications, preventive maintenance, breakdowns, equipment hierarchy, measurement documents, etc.).

Configure and implement SAP PM module based on business requirements.

Analyze business processes related to maintenance planning, execution, and reporting.

Deep knowledge of PM Objects: equipment/master‑equipment, functional locations, bill‑of‑materials for plant assets, maintenance plans (time‑based, performance‑based, condition‑based), Maintenance orders, task lists, notifications, work‑order processing, cost settlement

Configure order types, settlement rules, cost‑collector structure

Implement PM‑E (process‑industry extensions) where required for hazardous‑material handling or batch management.

Support the integration of SAP PM with other modules (MM, PP, QM, FI, CO etc.).

Good understanding of Fiori apps for plant maintenance

Worked extensively on RICEFW objects/ custom developments related to Plant Maintenance.

Provide end-user training and create documentation such as user manuals

Troubleshoot system issues and provide production support.

Participate in cutover planning, testing, data migration, and Go-Live support.

Collaborate with ABAP developers for customizations and enhancements.

Adhere to project timelines and quality standards.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Graduate degree in B. Sc (Computer Science) or B.E, B.Tech.

Willingness to travel for short- and long-term durations.

Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
