Job Title:  Manager | SAP EAM/PM | Pune | SAP

SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) | Experience: 10+ Years

Roles & Responsibilities:

·      Lead the SAP Plant Maintenance workstream for S/4HANA implementation or migration

·      Define scope, milestones, deliverables, and timelines for PM-related activities

·      Gather and validate maintenance business process requirements with stakeholders

·      Configure and optimize PM processes including notifications, orders, preventive maintenance, and assets

·      Ensure seamless integration with MM, FI, CO, Asset Accounting, and controlling modules

·      Manage PM-specific risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests

·      Provide governance updates and status reporting to program leadership and steering committees

Key Skills Required:

·      Deep expertise in SAP PM including maintenance orders, notifications, task lists, and asset lifecycle management

·      Hands-on experience with ECC to S/4HANA PM migration or S/4HANA greenfield implementations

·      Understanding of S/4HANA simplification items impacting PM processes

·      Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

·      Experience managing functional teams and working with system integrators
