As a Manager in SAP TEAM Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: - 

 


Role Summary 


We are looking for an experienced SAP Manager with strong expertise in Extended Warehouse Management and leadership capabilities to manage SAP EWM implementations, enhancements, and support projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead SAP EWM implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.
  • Gather business requirements and design SAP EWM solutions aligned with warehouse and logistics processes.
  • Strong hands-on experience in SAP EWM configuration and implementation
  • Configure and support SAP EWM functionalities including Inbound, Outbound, Putaway, Picking, Packing, Replenishment, Physical Inventory, and RF Framework.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams for integration with SAP MM, SD, PP and WM modules.
  • Manage end-to-end EWM project delivery, timelines, and resource planning.
  • Lead testing, defect resolution, deployment, and hypercare/post-go-live support activities.
  • Provide technical/functional guidance and mentorship to team members.
  • Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, training materials, and status reports.
  • Ensure project governance, quality standards, and best practices are followed.

Required Skills:

  • Relevant Experience Required: 8 -10 years in SAP EWM
  • 4+ full lifecycle end-to-end implementations completed.
  • Strong hands-on experience in SAP EWM Configuration and Support.
  • Expertise in Warehouse Management and Logistics Execution processes.
  • Experience with Embedded and Decentralized EWM implementations.
  • Knowledge of integration with SAP MM, SD, PP and third-party warehouse systems.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage SAP EWM workstreams/projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with stakeholder/client management experience.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
